Hi, I’m Jayne Samson — a qualified yoga and fitness instructor based in Kent, with over 20 years of experience in movement and wellness. My classes offer a blend of movement with strength and stretch to support both body and mind.

I offer virtual yoga and pilates classes, 1:1 sessions virtually or in-person, and in-person body tone classes for the over 50s in Sandwich and Dover.
