Hi, I’m Jayne Samson — a qualified yoga and fitness instructor based in Kent, with over 20 years of experience in movement and wellness. My classes offer a blend of movement with strength and stretch to support both body and mind.

I offer virtual yoga and pilates classes, 1:1 sessions virtually or in-person, and in-person body tone classes for the over 50s in Sandwich and Dover.

It's nearly four years since I did my first class with Jayne and I keep coming back for more. All people over fifty should do pilates or yoga and the fusion of the two which Jayne delivers has been really beneficial in developing my suppleness, balance and strength. I count myself lucky to have found her - combining, as she does, friendliness with professionalism in her teaching.
