Courses

Virtual classes

All virtual classes will be held via Zoom. Jayne will circulate the virtual joining link for classes via email at the beginning of the course and before each week’s class.

All course attendees will be required to attend class with the use of an electronic device (e.g. laptop, tablet, etc.) with a working microphone and camera – please test that you have the capability to attend class before the course begins.

All course attendees are responsible for attending class with the appropriate equipment, such as a comfortable yoga mat, in a quiet, functional space.

In-person classes

In-person classes will be held at the location enclosed in your booking confirmation.

The room will be prepared to ensure that it is safe and accessible for all course attendees.

It is the responsibility of the course attendee to bring the appropriate equipment, and to ensure whilst in attendance it is not left in a place that could harm others.

All classes

Jayne holds no responsibility for injuries or health related issues that happen during the class/es attended, or after attendance.

Cancellation policy

All courses are non-refundable and non-transferable after the 14-day cooling off period.

14-day cooling off period

You have 14 days from the day after you enrol on any course to change your mind and get a full refund to the amount paid. If you wish to cancel, please send an email to Jayne Samson at jayne.samson@btinternet.com within that 14-day period.

Important:

If you start using the course (joining live class) during those 14 days, we may need to charge you a portion of the course fee based upon what you’ve used.

If you have any questions, feel free to email Jayne Samson at jayne.samson@btinternet.com. I’m happy to help!

Attendance to class

Course dates

The course attendee is responsible for attending the dates of the course they booked. They will be informed when signing up to the course of all immediate and future dates relating to their booking, and it is the course attendee’s responsibility to make sure they attend those classes.

Missed classes

It is requested that the course attendee inform Jayne by email at least 24-hours before any class if they cannot attend. If not possible, inform Jayne as close to the class time as possible.

All classes not attended will be forfeited and no refund or transfer will be granted.

Liability & suitability for attendance

It is the course attendee’s responsibility to assess whether they are fit and well enough to attend the course before enrolling.

These courses are designed with adaptable exercises and should suit most abilities. However, if you have an illness, injury, or disability that you would like to discuss to ensure suitability before enrolling, please email Jayne at jayne.samson@btinternet.com.

Next of kin emergency details

Jayne will request the details of your next of kin, for use in case of an emergency related to your attendance at your enrolled course/s only. She will not use these details for any other purpose, including marketing.

Course payments

Payment for any course or individually booked class/es must be made prior to starting the course, or at arrival on the first class attended (where there has been a prior agreement with Jayne). Failure to produce payment may mean removal from the course.

Free taster classes

Jayne offers a free taster class to any course for new attendees – this is limited to one class per person per course. Should you wish to enrol on the remaining dates of the course after completing a taster class, you will need to book via the website on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Course cancellation by tutor

Jayne will make every endeavour to run all scheduled classes throughout the course. However, in cases where it is not possible to run a class for any reason, she will notify you by email at the earliest opportunity.

Cancellation of classes by the tutor will likely result in an additional date added to the end of the course, or where pay-as-you-go classes have been booked, the monetary value of the class may be used to attend another.

In the unlikely event of a cancellation of a complete course, a refund will be granted.

Equality, Diversity & Inclusion

Jayne Samson is committed to fairness and equality of access, opportunity and outcome for all course attendees. She expects everyone who learns and works with her to treat each other with dignity and respect, regardless of individual differences in age, gender, gender identity, race, background, disability, sexual orientation, religion or belief.
