1:1 online yoga sessions give space for a more personalised, accessible introduction into the fundamentals of yoga and body tone.

 

All sessions are held virtually, via Zoom, giving you the flexibility to discuss your specific requirements in the comfort of your own home.

Delivered live via Zoom in a private, supportive space. Choose between 30-minute or 60-minute sessions to match your schedule and energy levels.
