Beginner's Yoga

Friday 5th September 10-11am for 7 weeks

This friendly Hatha yoga class offers a gentle and accessible introduction to the fundamentals of yoga. Students will learn foundational postures (asanas), simple breathing techniques (pranayama), and guided relaxation to help build strength, flexibility, and inner calm.

The class moves at a comfortable, steady pace, with a focus on proper alignment, breath awareness, and mindfulness. It’s ideal for beginners or anyone seeking a slower, more meditative yoga experience. All ages, body types, and ability levels are welcome—no prior experience needed.

What equipment do I need?

An electronic device with a camera & microphone (e.g. tablet or laptop), a yoga mat, a quiet space, and comfortable clothes.
