Unwind and relax with this early evening yoga class designed to calm the mind and release tension, helping you gently let go of the day.

Suitable for all ability levels, the class combines flowing sequences and restorative poses, ending with a 15-minute guided relaxation to leave you feeling centered and refreshed.

What equipment do I need?

An electronic device with a camera & microphone (e.g. tablet or laptop), a yoga mat, a quiet space, and comfortable clothes.
